Returns & Exchanges Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products. All returned items must be:

  • In original packaging with all included components
  • Unused and in resalable condition (no scratches, installation marks, or wear)
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items:

The following products cannot be returned due to hygiene/safety concerns or customization:

  • Cutlery & Knives (sharpened or used items)
  • Brake Components with installed brake pads
  • Bearings & Bolts that have been installed or show signs of use
  • Personalized or custom-ordered components

Return Process

Follow these steps for a hassle-free return:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery
  2. Receive Authorization: Our Rider Support team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all included components and documentation
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Sacramento facility using a trackable shipping method (see address below)
  5. Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return

Refund Information

Once your return is approved:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3 business days after inspection, reaching your account within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size/color/model changes):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate your desired replacement item in your return request
  3. We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Defective component
  • Our processing error

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.
