Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our components 100%. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all components
  • Documentation: Original receipt or order confirmation required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Cutlery & Knives (if sharpened or used)
  • Brake Components with installed brake pads
  • Bearings & Bolts showing installation marks or wear
  • Personalized or custom-ordered components

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: Our Rider Support team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all included components and documentation
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Sacramento facility using a trackable shipping method (address below)
  5. Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3 business days after inspection, reaching your account within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size/color/model changes):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate your desired replacement item in your return request
  3. We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Incorrect item shipped
