All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and either cancel that item or offer a suitable alternative.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Process

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to market conditions or supplier changes, though this won’t affect confirmed orders.

All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your full payment details on our systems.

3.4 Order Confirmation

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

4.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions. Shipping times may vary depending on customs processing.

4.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once the carrier takes possession of your order, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you. Please inspect packages upon delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier immediately.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided:

• Items are unused and in original packaging with all components
• You have the original receipt or order confirmation
• You’ve contacted us within the return window to initiate the process

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Cutlery & knives (if sharpened or used)
• Brake components with installed brake pads
• Bearings & bolts showing installation marks or wear
• Personalized or custom-ordered components

5.3 Return Process

To return an item:

1. Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for our Rider Support team to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Repack items securely in original packaging with all components
4. Ship to our Sacramento facility using a trackable method

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your return, reaching your account within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Warranties and Liability

6.1 Product Warranties

Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties. Please check individual product documentation for details. These warranties are in addition to your statutory rights.

6.2 Our Liability

SRAM Shop’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for:

• Consequential damages from product use
• Improper installation or maintenance
• Modifications made to products after purchase
• Events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, etc.)
