- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

4.3 Delivery Responsibilities
Once the carrier takes possession of your order, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you. Please inspect packages upon delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier immediately.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided:
- Items are unused and in original packaging with all components
- You have the original receipt or order confirmation
- You’ve contacted us within the return window to initiate the process
5.2 Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Cutlery & knives (if sharpened or used)
- Brake components with installed brake pads
- Bearings & bolts showing installation marks or wear
- Personalized or custom-ordered components
5.3 Return Process
To return an item:
- Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our Rider Support team to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Repack items securely in original packaging with all components
- Ship to our Sacramento facility using a trackable method
5.4 Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your return, reaching your account within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Warranties and Liability
